Happily, I reside and have had the pleasure of being a full time Licenced Realtor here in the beautiful City of Kawartha Lakes for over 30yrs.

I have a proven work ethic and demonstrate a high standard of excellence with a strong commitment to my clients....their interest is always my first interest. 

Working with patience and a positive approach, combined with my professional attitude, excellent listening and communication skills, I have had the privilege throughout my career to effectively negotiate many successful transactions for my clients, their families, friends and co-workers.

Raising a family, supporting local charities and sports teams within the many communities that make up the City of Kawartha Lakes has been an absolute joy over the years.

The attributes of smaller communities and the bonds they possess even as they've grown over the years is remarkable and makes me appreciate the quality of life that presents itself on an every day basis even beyond the natural beauty of the area.

Growing up, I was fortunate to be involved in some form of sport, be it soccer, baseball, competitive gymnastics and horsemanship which I continued to enjoy into my adult years.

This dedication & commitment to task along with a passion for a high level of success and strong work ethic carried into my professional career as a Realtor which I'll forever be grateful of.

When you have a passion for your work, it's never just a job and that passion embodies every person I have the opportunity to work for and every day of life we get to live for.

Receiving repeat business or a referal from a past client is such an honour, one that I take great pride in as I live by the motto everyday of 'treating others as you would like to be treated'. Yet when those clients & referal clients become friends or even closer like extended family, it takes it to a whole new level and I'm so very thankful!
